Distributing school stationary, cooking gas to all primary schools in the sub district.

Conduct auction sale of unserviceable items and vehicles.
Issue request for quotations and tenders for uniform and protective clothing and domestic requisites and cleaning materials.

These services are continuously routine and there is no validity.
SERVICE STANDARDS OFFERD
FOR CAPTURING ORDERS
Once an order is registered it is captured into the system within 2 days and passed to the accounts department on the second day for approval.
RECEIVING OF INVOICES
An invoice is registered upon arrival and processed for payments within 2 days and passed to accounts for payment.
ISSUING OF GOODS/ITEMS
Goods or items are issued to user department on daily basis.
REQUIREMENTS FOR OBTAINING THESE SERVISES
Auction sale: when conducting auction sale for unserviceable goods/items bidders are required to register on the very same day of the auction sale and as for vehicles bidders are required to register a day before.
HOW MUCH DO YOU PAY FOR THE SERVICES?
A refundable fee of P100.00 is paid by bidders for an auction sale of unserviceable goods/items whereas a refundable fee of P1000.00 is paid by bidders for an auction sale of vehicles. These fees are refundable if the bidder did not bid for anything.
